Streetplus is the only privately owned and operated company providing cleaning, safety, social service outreach and hospitality services to downtowns and improvement districts. When you partner with Streetplus, our owners partner with you! Streetplus management is intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of each account and will assign a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to your team on Day 1 of your contract. Most service requests are responded to within the same day.
Our managers and Regional Vice Presidents are also committed to developing, managing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with local city departments, agencies, and organizations.
You will always have the support that you need to ensure that your goals for a clean, safe and friendly downtown are exceeded.

Improvement districts invest between 60-70% of their total annual budget on cleaning, safety, and hospitality programs. At Streetplus, we understand the importance of this investment. Our in-house staff of human resources professionals are committed to getting the best return possible for you by personally vetting and selecting the highest quality individuals to serve as your Downtown Ambassadors.
Not everyone has the required skills and personality to be an Ambassador with Streetplus. Our rigorous evaluation processes ensure that only the best individuals are hired. For example, where districts are in need of social services outreach support, we invite social service agencies to participate in recruiting, selecting and training the Ambassadors who will be responsible for social service outreach, engaging the unhoused or unsheltered, managing panhandlers, and addressing other quality of life issues.
Training Program
Streetplus employee training is engaging, relevant, and consistent and focused on delivering knowledge to all employees. Our training programs are needs-based, adaptable, and aligned with company and customer values. Each employee must have a complete “tool box” to be effective while performing services in the public domain and Streetplus training is structured to achieve this standard.
Providing basic knowledge is the foundation of our training programs. The first step in building that foundation is Pre-Assignment Training (PAT). This training is specially tailored for each customer, considering the local environment and challenges.
