Downtown Berkeley Operations Manager Javier Suazo received a welcome note of appreciation
Downtown Berkeley Operations Manager Javier Suazo received a welcome note of appreciation from Noel Schwab from OptionsRecoveryServices via Downtown Berkeley CEO John Caner. Noel wrote about the caring and sensitive treatment by DBA Ambassador William “Bo” Worley of a local unhoused individual. We couldn’t be prouder of you, Bo!
“Good morning,John. Just a letter of recognition for one of your employees. On my morning walk along Shattuck when in the area just north of Center Street I witnessed a local homeless individual unpacking a garbage can and littering it upon the sidewalk. Your employee, Bo, saw this as well. He immediately contacted the individual by name and asked him to stop his actions. The individual apparently knew your employee (a great sign that Bo is operating above and beyond) and wandered off S/B on Shattuck. I am familiar with this individual and he is usually quite introverted. Apparently, Bo knows this as well and informed me that he was contacting (via radio) one of your support team members to extend services to him. I thanked him for his time, and he returned to his primary duties. I wanted to recognize Bo for his efforts and thank you for having such an amazing employee.
